Process of Contribution

1 . Cash amounts will be paid into the Commission’s bank account and the receipt will be delivered to the Unit of Self-sufficiency & Attraction of Popular Contribution.

2 . Contribution in kind (movables) will be delivered at the central place of the Commission and a receipt is delivered, or the article is delivered by registered mail to the Commission.

3 . Contribution in kind (immovables) will be acknowledged to Unit of Self-sufficiency & Attraction of Popular Contribution for entering the course of negotiations and conveyance of contribution in the name of the Commission.

4 . Intellectual properties and items of services will be notified to Unit of Self-sufficiency & Attraction of Popular Contribution for entering the course of negotiations and receipt of the services.

5 . Promotional services will be acknowledged to Unit of Self-sufficiency & Attraction of Popular Contribution for entering the course of negotiations and necessary coordination.

6 . Other items will be acknowledged to Unit of Self-sufficiency & Attraction of Popular Contribution for entering the course of negotiations and necessary coordination.

    Remarks:

The instances that will require the proceedings of negotiation and adoption of necessary action by Unit of Self-sufficiency & Attraction of Popular Contribution, shall be declared to the relevant officers of the Commission to contact the applicant, upon completion of the present Applicant’s Form of Contribution.

In those cases that the contributing individual or institution intends to receive some services of the Commission in consideration of its contribution, it would be appropriate that the items of interest be specified and declared from among the items in the list of services provided by Unit of Self-sufficiency & Attraction of Popular Contribution in this site.

Popular contribution reporting process: At the end of each year, an annual report will be prepared and compiled by the Secretariat of the Commission for public notification of the items of contribution. During a ceremony which is held for this purpose every year, the most active protectors of human rights will be introduced and will be admired and appreciated.
